All is Well

This month I have been thinking a lot about my ancestors. I have not caught the "family history bug" as of yet, however, as I am hearing more and more about it...I am wondering if I need to give it a go.  I must say that someone told me that you can now upload pictures onto Ancestory.com...that's when I got excited!!!

My Great Grandparents
So, my new resolve is to learn more about these wonderful people....and others that make up my family tree :) But, I also am thinking that TODAY we are making history. Our sons and daughters are out there changing the world! The work IS hastening....and it is sooooooo exciting!!!

Come, come, ye Saints, no toil nor labor fear;

But with joy wend your way.

Though hard to you this journey may appear,

Grace shall be as your day.

'Tis better far for us to strive

Our useless cares from us to drive;

Do this, and joy your hearts will swell--

All is well! All is well!

  1. Another excellent video! I love the tie-in to "Come, Come Ye Saints". It really DOES apply to our missionaries! Thanks for taking the time to make these; they make my day.

  9. Heidi, you out did yourself again, I am typing with tears rolling down my cheeks. All I could see is the glow of happiness in their eyes. All so young, and eager to share the 'word' with everyone they meet!!

  12. Oh my heart aches with happiness...how is that possible. I'm so pleased that my eldest son chose to serve a mission. I'm grateful that he is right where the Lord sent him. I'm grateful for his example to his siblings, and to me. I pray that one day Heidi is making video's of us, the parents, all serving our own missions. Thank you HEIDI!!!

  13. Loved it! Could you share with us what the music was that you used? (I really liked the first song!) My daughter is returning in 2 months and I thought I might be able to use one of these pieces.

  16. Makes me sad that I'm only going to be a missionary mom for 20 more months. I think I should do something like this with all of my own missionaries. Thanks for the inspiring inspiration. So well done.
